Choosing the Perfect Venue
The Fraser River Lodge
What are some of the factors that help you choose your wedding venue?
Don't know yet - that's fine! The easiest way to start is creating a list of characteristics and amenities you would like your wedding venue to offer and/ or handle for you.
That way when you’re selecting your venue you can refer back to the list of items that matter most to you for your special day. Some venues will offer more or different things then you’re looking for, some may offer less.

ALL INCLUSIVE VENUE
When most people think all inclusive they think of a resort in the Caribbean where your meals, drinks and accommodations are all included. We got you covered on those bases and continue to go above and beyond.
All wedding packages included your choice of wedding menu for you and our guests as well as drinks (drink packages are set by you and can be decided within your budget with one of our wedding assistants). Additionally, The Lodge offers 8 Deluxe / Executive room accommodations, a four bedroom house called The Outpost, as well as four brand new luxury suites that will be completed Spring 2022.
Taking things one more step, The Lodge has several location options for the ceremony, two different location options for the reception, as well as spaces for both the bridal and grooms parties to get ready on the big day.
What else is left to include !
For those of you familiar with The Fraser Valley area in British Columbia Canada, already know about it’s lush green forest, breathtaking mountain ranges and mighty flowing river.
The Fraser River Lodge sits peacefully on an 18 acre property near the banks of the Fraser River, completely surrounded by mountains. The Lodge itself actually has direct views of the largest mountain in the area, Mount Cheam, allowing it to be the backdrop for your ceremony and/ or photos.
In addition, The Lodge partners with a local helicopter company to offer couples the incredible experience of a mountain top photo shoot, if they so choose.
Being located within the Fraser Valley allows guests to experience nature but in a luxurious setting. The Lodge is very conveniently located only 1.5 hours from Vancouver or 30 minutes from Chilliwack. The very nearest town of Agassiz is a quick 10 minute drive.
Whether you have a wedding party of 200 or 10, our wedding team will help customize a package that’s just right for you and your wedding vision. Within the packages you have the ability to choose between wedding menus as well, and of course adjust for any dietary restrictions.
Starting from the moment you inquire with our wedding team, our staff is there to support you. The days leading up to your big day, team members are only a call away for any questions, or changes.
On your big day, wedding team members will be there to guide you through each step of the day, ensuring everything is stress free. During the reception, servers and bartenders are in place to ensure you and your guests have the most memorable evening full of good food, great speeches and happy memories.
