Gratuities are distributed among all staff members. If you would like to specify an individual or group please write it on the front of the envelope and the office will follow up. There is an 18% gratuity charge for food and beverage only.

Food and drinks
Bon appetit!
Our foods are primarily organic and grown and raised within the local communities. Our commitment to quality means you can rest assured you are eating only the freshest of ingredients. Therefore, our Chef has a rotating menu based on the season, and he reserves the right to change his menu as the market dictates.
There is not a specific menu that you will chose from as it is a “Chef’s Table Style.” Your dietary requirements are required a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your trip arrival as per your booking paperwork.
