Your Fraser Valley Wedding Venue Menu Choices. We offer a beautiful selection of tasteful menus for the most important day in your life, prepared by our Michelin trained Chef Jean Benoit.

Catering & Beverages

Our Executive Chef, has tailor-made our Gourmet Buffet Menus so there is a little something for everyone! Chef is happy to customize your menu for a perfect fit.

All of our Wedding Buffet Menus include a Gourmet Meat & Cheese Platter for Cocktail Hour snacking, and a decadent Dessert spread.
Various platters are available upon request.

We are a fully licensed establishment and can cater to your requests whether you would like a cash bar, host bar or bar tokens. We are also happy to bring in requested wines or beverages for your wedding day. 

In order to guarantee your selections, please provide your menu and wine choices to our Wedding Department no later than 4 weeks prior to your wedding date.

With the exception of wedding cakes, all food and beverages served must be provided by the Lodge. Banquet food is not permitted to leave the grounds.
