Chef Caralee`s environmental responsibility shows not only in her kitchen, but also the way she operates her domain.
Her culinary path started at a young age working at various restaurants throughout the Fraser Valley with an 11 year "stop over" at one of the top hotels in Vancouver. We were fortunate enough to be able to convince her that the Fraser River Lodge offers another opportunity and step in her life to showcase her culinary desires to our guests.
In between, Chef Caralee has become a Red Seal Chef, the highest certification that underlines excellence in culinary arts.
Chef Caralee is a passionate culinary ambassador that brings a fresh approach - Vancouver style - to her kitchen. Her environmental footprint can be seen not only in her kitchen but also in our delicious BBQ shore lunches.
