Executive Chef Jean Benoit

 Chef Jean is a French award winning Michelin trained Chef who worked alongside several of the
worlds most renowned Chefs.

            He owned 2 successful restaurants in Vancouver; L’Emotion and Mistral Bistro where Bryan Adams, Diana Krall or Trevor Linden were just a few of the regular guests. Chef Jean also was the Chef for the "Five-Sails Restaurant" of the Pan Pacific Hotel in Vancouver, B.C. 

Chef Jean`s culinary life stations brought him to Zurich, the south of France and Corsica before opening his first restaurant, 
Fleur de Thym in the Luberon region of Provence, France. After that he decided to move to and bring his art de cuisine to Canada. 

He is passionate about using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible to ensure nothing but the freshest quality.

Chef is an avid cyclist and has competed in the Ironman Triathlon and completed the 550 KM Trans-Rocky Mountain biking race.
