Kayaking with Eagles & Salmon

We offer kayaking tours from April to December on the magnificent Harrison River, known for it`s turquoise water colors. Explore spawning salmon in the fall and watch Bald Eagles gather in their annual feast of spawning salmon. This is a naturalists and birders ultimate playground.

In 2019, we expect a huge run of pink salmon during the month of September followed by another huge run of chum salmon in October to December which will last until Christmas. This is a naturalists dream come true.

This 5-6 hour tour is 18 km in length. We paddle downstream in a mostly gentle flow. The kayaks we are using are Wilderness Systems top models, known for extreme stability. We provide breathable Gore-Tex waders, jackets and boots, for the ultimate in comfort. This enables our guests to get on and off the kayak without getting wet plus you can now wade in shallow water in your approach to the many islands in the river.

The cost is $599 per couple. BBQ shore lunch w soft drinks, breathable waders, boots & jackets, transfers, guide and safety gear included. Tax and gratuity is extra.
