Whether you’re looking to stretch in a warm room by the fireplace or would like to move your body outside with the mountains as your backdrop, we would like to invite you to clear your mind and experience Yoga at the Lodge. 

What to expect: Choose the intensity of your class to suit the needs of your group. From a calm stretch to challenging poses that work up a sweat, we are happy to cater this class to you! 

What to wear: Yoga or active wear.
